NEES Engineers Pvt. Ltd started as Nepal Energy & Environmental Studies Pvt. Ltd in 2011, focusing on consulting services in the hydro sector. Early years were marked by gaining experience and building relationships with clients in the industry. Over time, the company recognized limitations and inefficiencies in its existing processes, such as manual workflows, legal entanglement in importing, trading & service-based business of hydro equipment & spare part and other hydro concern work area. In response to the identified limitations, NEES Engineers Pvt. Ltd was established, aiming to provide more efficient and comprehensive engineering solutions.
The transition involved a shift towards becoming a dynamic engineering organization capable of offering complete solutions for hydro power plants of all scales.
Key stakeholders from various departments, including operations, maintenance, sales, testing & commissioning teams were engaged to gather insights, address concerns, and build consensus on the new direction.
